What insurances do you take?
Medica, Preferred Care Partners, and CarePlus.
Do you do labs at the office?
Yes, we collect specimens for blood work, urinalysis, and some cultures here in the office.
Do I need an appointment to get test results?
No, you will receive a call with your test results and soon as they are reviewed by the Doctor. If you need to be seen in person for further testing or discussion you will be informed.
What diagnostic test do you do in the office?
We perform Electrocardiograms, Spirometries, and Ankle brachial indexs in the office.
How many Doctors do you have?
We have a Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Podiatrist, Chiropractor, and Acupuncturist
Do you offer transportation?
Yes, we offer unlimited transportation by our Chauffeur or UBER health to and from our office and to and from any of your specialist. Arrangements can be made for transportation to and from diagnostic tests as well.
Do you offer wheelchair transportation?
Unfortunately we do not offer wheelchair transportation at this time. We are happy to assist any patient in scheduling wheelchair transportation through their insurance company.
